My 'great' start of the week
Washing loads of clothes (where does it come from with only a family of 3? I really don't know!), finally cleaning the BBQ (used it 2 weeks ago for the last time...), booking our Christmas holidays, searching for a family to take care of our dog while we're away, ironing, dusting all rooms & sweeping or vaccuum cleaning the floors, walking the dog, finishing a sewing project, grocery shopping, catching up with administration... just a 'few' things I'm taking care of this rainy Monday in Versailles! But the office still looks like a mess, so does the guest room and the bathrooms desperately need a good cleaning too... still enough to do to keep me busy today!

Sorry you're having rain... I will send you some sunshine from Georgia! Our weather is now back to normal temperatures as it was unusual warm for the entire month of September!
Love your destination for Christmas; Dubai will be quite a treat for the Versailles weather then. Last we were in Dubai was on our way back from Jakarta, via Singapore with a stop in Dubai... So never had the luxury of visiting there. Our Goddaughter lived in Saudi Arabia and one daughter is born there, I did a blog about her http://bit.ly/de8i5X
In total, we've been to 5 different Middle Eastern cities; that's all. We lived and worked for about three years in Indonesia, commuting all the way from Atlanta, Georgia...
Have a great week and soon it will be take-off for Dubai; just hang in there...

Leuk om weer wat van je te horen. Ik begon mij al ongerust te maken. Mijn dag zag er gisteren net zo uit als jouw dag vandaag. Met drie kinderen, waarvan één op kamers en een man die drie maal in de week hard loopt is het ook bij mij flink doorwassen :-)!
Wat een mooie vakantiebestemming hebben jullie gevonden. Uit Mariette's berichtje begrijp ik dat het Dubai is. Wat bijzonder om daar naartoe te gaan. Ik ben heel benieuwd naar je ervaringen.
